Equine Assisted Therapies come in many forms.  The important thing to remember is that it utilizes the TEAM APPROACH:  where licensed mental health professionals and trained equine specialists work together with clients and horses to achieve their desired goals.  Through this process, we all learn together, which makes for a very rich and unique learning environment.   At Free 2 Be More, we also utilize a Trauma Informed Approach in order to promote new learning that may lead to the healing of old wounds.
