Thank you for your interest in Trauma Focused-Equine Assisted Services.  This has been a passion I've continued to develop since I was first certified through the EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth & Learning Association) Model in 2011.  I've had the pleasure of working with kids, teens, adults, families, and even the brief pleasure of being introduced to Veterans with the Heroes & Horses program.  These diverse experiences have created a wealth of opportunities that I would like to share with you.  Our service is rooted in Bruce Perry's work on the Neurosequential Model of Behavior, teachings from the Natural Lifemanship Model, and the evidence based research founded in the Four Functions of Behavior.  It is my mission to merge the growing need for mental health services with the need to create purpose for America's wild horse herds.  This web-site is still under construction as we continue to grow but a few links are offered below where you can find more information and begin your own path of discovery into this growing field of Equine Assisted Services.
